Brad Donald Photography – Refund Policy
At Brad Donald Photography, client satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of photography services, all session fees and digital image purchases are non-refundable once services have been rendered or files delivered.
Booking fees are non-refundable and are required to secure your session date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least four (4) weeks’ notice (Weddings). Cancellations with less than four (4) weeks’ notice may result in forfeiture of your full fee.
If you are unsatisfied with your final images, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to find a resolution.
