1. The 50% discount applies to the standard wedding photography package only and does not apply to optional extras, add-ons, travel costs, accommodation, albums, prints, additional photographers, or other services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. The promotion is valid for new wedding bookings only made before the end of the Greatest Rivalry Tour.

3. To qualify for the promotion, the wedding booking must be confirmed by signing the required booking agreement and paying the applicable booking fee/retainer (50%) before the promotional deadline.

4. The discount is subject to Brad Donald Photography’s availability on the requested wedding date.

5. FREE ENGAGEMENT SESSION - Only Valid for Gauteng based clients (Travel Fees may apply)

6. The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to weddings or photography services that were booked before the promotional offer began.

7. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, special offer, voucher, promotion, or negotiated package unless agreed to in writing.

8. The 50% discount applies to the photography package price only. Any additional hours, products, services, travel, accommodation, permits, entrance fees, or other expenses will be charged at the normal applicable rate.

9. The booking fee/retainer is non-refundable and secures the wedding date, subject to the terms of the signed photography agreement.

10. If the wedding date is postponed or changed, the promotional rate will only be carried over if Brad Donald Photography is available on the new date and agrees to the change.

11. If the client cancels the wedding or photography booking, the promotion has no cash value and no refund will be issued beyond what is provided for in the signed photography agreement.

12. The promotion is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold or transferred to another couple or event.

13. Standard Brad Donald Photography booking terms, payment terms, cancellation terms, image delivery terms and usage conditions continue to apply.

14. Brad Donald Photography reserves the right to withdraw, amend, extend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary, provided that confirmed bookings already accepted under the promotion will be honoured according to their signed agreement.

15. By booking under this promotion, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these promotional Terms & Conditions as well as the standard photography agreement.
